Welcome to Cascade Centers, Inc. Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a counseling service offering problem identification, assessment, referral and problem-solving assistance for covered employees and their eligible family members.
Your employer has arranged, with Cascade Centers to pay the costs for a number of one-hour, face-to-face sessions with an EAP counselor (See your Human Resources or Personnel Department for the specific number of sessions available or contact Cascade Centers.) There are no fees or co-pays for these sessions.
